Last weekend, Jon and I went with some friends to a gallery opening at Solar Culture. The gallery is located in a turn of the century Art Deco produce warehouse and is run by Steve and Kati who also live and create art there.
It is a really great non-profit venue which brings national and international artists together. Three times a year, artists gather to celebrate their art. Artists of all ages and skill sets are encouraged to display their art. The gallery is filled from floor to ceiling with some amazing talent.
Exhibitors bring massive amounts of food and drinks and musicians perform and the party begins!
Here are several videos to give you an idea. This show we were priveleged to see a wonderful band and belly dancer. Unfortunately I didn't get their name, but hope you enjoy !
