Phoenix Comicon 2014

Phoenix Comicon was once again a stellar show with over 77,000 in attendance! I would say that is quite a leap from two years ago when we first started showing there with around 35,000 people and last year at 55,000.

We didn't see quite as many costumes this year, but the ones we did see were as good as ever!

Of course it wouldn't be Phoenix Comicon without a fire drill at an unexpected time. This year it happened during setup. Apparently one of the food vendors set off the smoke alarm and we were all rushed out of the building. The staff got us out and back to our booths in a matter of half an hour, but it threw many vendors off who were frantically still trying to prepare for the big weekend.

We showed a small amount of  our WATTO Distinctive Metal Wear goods www.wattoonline.com, a selection of my WATTO's Wife cameo jewelry and our Outlaw Kritters line. Next year we hope to have 2 booths so we can spread out and be less confusing.
